{ Planning Session for an Inspired Designer }

WHAT WE BUILT

We built a phased timeline: design and packaging wrapped before the holidays, product photography scheduled for mid-January when samples arrived, and a pre-sale window in late February to test interest and generate early revenue before the official March launch.

We created a simple influencer strategy: sending journals to well-connected friends and clients with a one-page promo guide highlighting key features like the customizable birth chart integration.

For content, we focused on storytelling through Substack and Pinterest (rather than heavy Instagram posting), and decided to skip paid ads this round in favor of learning what worked organically first.

The result: a clear, phased plan that made space for client work, creativity, and life and launched the journal on time.

VISION

A designer preparing to scale her manifestation journal from a 35-copy test batch to a proper product launch… while balancing client projects, product redesign, packaging design, and a March release date. She wanted a plan that honored her pace while helping her bring a more elevated version of her moon journal to life: hardcover, higher quality, and integrated with digital notifications to help users align their intentions with lunar cycles.
