Beginnings are important. We’ll build a strategy with your unique goals in mind. This will include a competitive analysis, content audit, content plan, and roadmap forward. We’ll also refer back to this strategy, and routinely update it over the course of management.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CALENDAR

Using the overarching strategy, we’ll build out a monthly content calendar each month, tailored to your brand’s social goals. This includes custom branded Canva templates for all platforms, short-form video editing, and copywriting across platforms.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

We’ll keep tabs on the buzz going on within your social ecosystem; responding to comments and keeping conversations going. We also use various automation solutions to aid in community management, lead generation, and conversations

REPORTING + ANALYTICS

Your content is really only good as its performance. Given that your content calendar is created in line with specific business goals, we’ll deliver monthly custom reports to track your KPIs and inform future content creation and strategy. You’ll also get a reporting dashboard customized to your goals… so you can track your progress whenever you want.

ONGOING OPTIMIZATION

As we continue working together, we’ll optimize your content based on its performance — leaning into the types of content that works best to achieve your goals, modifying based on changes in platform algorithms, and infusing inspiration.
