Partnered with an independent brand designer to bring her studio to life through a tailored, life-aware launch plan. With limited windows between childcare, part-time work, and summer travel, we mapped a five-week sprint inside a custom Notion board—breaking her portfolio, website, and socials into clear, energy-aligned steps.

The result: a realistic path to launch that honors her pace without compromising her vision.

Supported an NYC-based birth and death doula, community facilitator, and founder of Bike to Hike in refining the backend of her deeply intuitive, community-rooted event series. We streamlined her communication flow to help participants feel more connected and supported, including setting up a WhatsApp channel with weekly messaging tied to each event’s theme. We created a flexible system for planning future themes and routes while honoring the intuitive nature of her work, and developed a soft-touch sponsorship strategy focused on values-aligned brands.
The result: more ease, more resonance, and more spaciousness to hold the community she’s building.
