I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image and likeness (and of my family(s) or pet(s) as applicable) on photography to be used by Haley Social and their clients. I understand that my images may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I understand that I will not be compensated for the provided photos in any means outside of previously agreed upon product trade. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings provided by the Haley Social Creator Network members that may be used for the following purposes (but not limited to): - Website Materials - Social Content / Social Posts - Various Promotional Materials By signing this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed in various areas under Haley Social’s client’s name. I understand that there is no compensation for using the images of my child (if applicable), or myself. I give the rights to Haley Social’s client’s and Haley Social to utilize all provided assets for any of their marketing purposes as they see fit. By signing this form, I agree to following expectations as a Creator Network Creator and understand that by not following the outlined terms, I may be removed from the program without notice: - I will provide all assets within the allotted time frame of product delivery (typically within 3 weeks unless stated otherwise) - I will provide the accurate number of assets as agreed upon within a certain opportunity By signing this form I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against Haley Social in conjunction with Haley Social’s client’s for utilizing this material.
